Whatever the occasion, Silver Spoon has got your cake decorating needs covered; whether you're wanting to add a sprinkle of icing or pipe a stunning pattern, this royal icing is particularly good for decorating single tier cakes such as Christmas and wedding cakes. Containing dried egg whites, Silver Spoon's special icing mix can also be used to create a traditional hard icing finish on your cakes. The icing is really easy to use; simply add water and mix slowly until light and fluffy. You can also colour the icing with food colourings to match any colour scheme.
Each bag contains 500g of Silver Spoon Royal Icing Sugar.
