Produce stunning toppers and other sugar decorations to enhance your cakes with the White Saracino Modelling Paste. This modelling paste is very elastic and strong, making it easy to model without cracking.


Containing cocoa butter, this modelling paste is extremely elastic and can be worked without cracking. This allows it to be used for fine moulding, and for delicate work such as laces, moulds and small flowers. The paste can be rolled paper-thin, making it perfect to use with cutters to create realistic sugar flowers and leaves.

Also, due to it's cocoa butter content, the paste hardens quickly but does not dry out, enabling you to work quickly with it, but also correct any imperfections with ease.

You can also colour the paste using food colourings or progels to suit your desired theme.

The 250g of Saracino White Modelling Paste comes in a resealable pot with inner bag to maintain freshness and is best stored in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight.
