Details
Made from a combination of specially selected European and Californian almonds, this ready-to-roll marzipan can be used to cover cakes, make cake decorations, and marzipan confectionery.
The marzipan can be used with a variety of moulds and cutters, and can be easily coloured or flavoured.
To use the marzipan, knead until pliable and mould or roll out on a surface that is lightly dusted with icing sugar to your desired thickness. Make sure you use the product at room temperature.
Each pack contains 1kg of white marzipan.
