Made from Belgian chocolate, this chocolate ganache will add a luxurious, velvety texture to your baked desserts and it's really easy to use; simply microwave in the pot! This mess free product is the perfect shortcut if you're limited on time, and there is a handy 'how to' leaflet included with the 350g pot.
You can apply the ganache in a variety of ways; melt it to pour over cakes for a glaze or create a drip effect, whip it and pipe onto cakes and cupcakes for a fluffy topping, or spoon the chocolate onto greaseproof paper, chill and roll into balls for tasty truffles, this product is super versatile!
Suitable for vegetarians, store the ganache in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.
