These dowels are perfect for building stacked and tiered cakes due to them being specifically designed to support heavy multi tiered cakes. Furthermore, unlike traditional dowels, these poly dowels don't compress the cake.
To use, simply cut the dowels to the desired size, then push them into the cake.
These food safe dowels are disposable but can be reused, just wash with hot water until all fat residue is removed.
